    Hello everyone,

Since I got BeamNG I always wanted to be able to drive over speedbumps in the same shape as we have them in Europe. There has never been a mod to recreate these kinds of speedbumps so I decided to create one myself. I used online sketchup to create my model, however you have to pay to download the model...

Anyone know free software where I can draw simple designs in and export them to BeamNG?

Oh that a really nice offer from you, I could actually use some help. I figured Blender is not as user friendly as Sketchup haha

I just went to bed, in 17 hours i will be able to give help.
Blender takes a decent amount of time to learn, but once you get good with it, it wont be hard anymore
trying stuff out and getting used to it is what you should do

You need Blender cheat sheet, that is the thing with Blender keyboard shortcuts. Then from youtube or something you need to look for absolute beginner tutorial for Blender, that will get you up and running pretty fast, it takes many many hours to learn, but it is nicer than 3ds max when you learn it, faster to model and can handle more complex models.

Sketchup models are not very good in BeamNG, but it is possible to use that too, there just will be issues, also you can import what you made in sketchup to Blender too, however models might need quite bit of work in Blender to work well in game.

However most of information is for Blender and even people who have found way to use Sketchup models in game seem to think Blender would be way to go.
