When I start Freeroam on this map, the map gets stuck on "Forming Clouds ...". I cleared the cache, didn't fix the problem. redownloaded the map, still didn't work. idk how to fix this continuing problem.

idk that all depends on the creator of the mod, I guess you can PM him if you want the mod fixed urgently otherwise you'll just have to wait (also please use the 'reply' button instead of just commenting on the thread)

Which version of beam are you using? 0.15 is older the current is 0.16.

Okay, narrow surfaces eat cars. The guide-rail having it's narrow surfaces as collision directly inherited from the visible model is your problem. Cannot do that in this game.
I've included some collision model shots here and a single visible model profile shot (zoomed in) to show how things look.
The curbing shot is also included, so you can see how to implement curbing collision that doesn't give vehicles flat tires. I broke the joint (split) where the curb face intersects with the road surface at the bottom of the curb, extending it through the road surface a foot or two down (or however long that it won't interfere with whatever is underneath, and won't create narrow long triangles that cause issues). I also tapered the curbing a bit more on the collision than it is on the visual so that vehicles will more easily mount curbs that are shorter than the tire's sidewall (which is to be expected, as tires flex).
To be ignored is that I have extended my railing collision outside the bounds of the guide-rail on the outside, where cars can't directly impact it, as this avoids the narrow face on the outside of the road deck eating cars also, while widening the top-surface of the railing collision to better enable cars not to stick to it.
Faces narrower than 2~3cm (often things such as curbs, railings, poles, rural mailboxes, building eves where rain gutters go, etc) will stick cars and act like inverted (reversed-facing) normals. Avoid this at all costs.
Shots are from the metropolitan civilian regional airport I am creating for my Los Injurus city map.
The last shot with orange highlighting is to show the curb profile, looking at it from a vehicle driver's viewpoint on the road. The curb-face is not broken where it meets the road, otherwise it would re-create narrow triangles.
    I hope this helps!

Hi, I'm not getting the issue you described, would you be able to send through a image of the issue and of the console whilst the issue is occurring.
