A petition to revert changes made to the Sunburst!

Revert only for Etk 800 would be great imo
But gabester don't what ever he want and I respect his decision

 

The more I look at the new Sunburst, the more the old version looks ungainly and disproportionate. The new one looks so much more like an average Japanese sedan from 2009.

On the other hand, while the new Moonhawk's design does make it look more '60s, it doesn't fit with the '70s version with the rectangular headlights. The circle-headlighted '60s Moonhawk should have the redesign while the '70s one should retain the old boxy design...

 

Cars were still pretty boxy in 1973. The moonhawk might look better somewhere between its current and old body, but it doesn't look out of place as is.

why go to that much effort to get a worse looking car

 

Everyone is entitled to his opinion, he is and of course you are too.

For me, this adds more variety to game and his effort to make it good is something I appreciate a lot, even old Sunburst from my opinion looks outdated, it is just great that some people are willing to put their time and effort to create something they want and even freely are sharing that with others, nothing wrong with that.

It is also great that not everyone values same stuff, that is where variety comes from.

 

i would agree but nothing was created and the so-called variety is just a worse looking version of the car which was changed in favour of a better one

 

It is your opinion that car is worse looking, for me they are both quite similar, new on is more realistic, but I certainly can accept that some others may view old car better suiting to their taste.

He did create "suncurve", it is very core of BeamNG that people can make everything fit to their taste, so going against that would be like going against what BeamNG stands for.

While you clearly don't like old Sunburst, try to see Suncurve via eyes of someone who find new Sunburst worse from some reason, for them this is good mod that adds variety.

It is wrong to make everything to fit only to your point of view as people have different preferences and I think trying to see it in such light would bring more positivity interaction of you and your surroundings.

 

Dude they fixed their problem with the new sunburst by doing something you do not ever need to touch on here. You do not need to ever get close to the mod and it doesnt influence you ingame, so please stop.

 

I dont mind the vehicle changes... only thing I would wish is for the 800 to have a bit bigger fender wells... for ya know..

 

Personally, I hated the old Sunburst. It looked like a shitty 2009 NFS game and the current sunburst had an illegitimate child.

Seen alot of weird threads on this forums and this is one of them.

Personal opinion, its better now. Brought dynamics to the selection of version.
