These trucks are almost identical. The only difference is that the truck on the right has a two tone paint job, which causes weird graphics problems on the paint. This could be as simple as taking off the two tone paint, but cars that always have two tone available, like the burnside and roamer will always have this glitch.

This is caused whether the paint is different colors or not. All mods disabled, and clearing the cache didn't solve it.

Okay, so i’ve figured out that it isn’t just two tone that causes this, but any paint that has more than one color selectable. This also affects modded vehicles with more than one color paint.

Quick update on this. I upped my lighting and post fx(?) settings and It fixed the glitchiness for some of the vehicles like the Roamer and Grand Marshall. However, it is still present on the Burnside and Miramar, I did try upping my settings a bit more but my computer isn't very good and is already starting to struggle to run.

    What are your PC specs?
    What's your GPU?
Does it happen on graphical setting, or lowest only?

    Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3537U CPU @ 2.00GHz, 2001 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 8.00 GB
My computer is a four year old Dell Inspiron laptop.
Thats all the information I could find. When I raised the lighting and post processing settings it got rid of the problems on some of the cars, but not all of them.

Okay, setting all the settings to high does not fix it.

You did not specify what your GPU (video card) is.
You can check that from the Help > Performance menu of the game.
The issue is potentially related to that.

I believe it is a Intel R HD graphics 4000, with 32 MB

When I launch the game it says “You are using an Intel GPU. Make sure your dedicated GPU is used instead.”

Ok, so far this seems an issue related to Integrated Cards, which by the way let me remind that are below the game's minimum requirements (hence the message you are getting at the start).
    We need to investigate further.
