it started since the latest update

 

hmmmm you got a real problem there, did you notice this after the game updated, or was this when you launched the game today

 

it started since the latest update and it happens to half of the cars in the game and I noticed it like 3 days ago

 

Disable all mods and clear your cache. It should just be the cache but it might be an outdated mod.

What does it do in safe mode?

 

Known issue, likely to be fixed in an upcoming hotfix.
If possible, turn up your graphics settings to solve the issue.

The ‘No Texture’ on the windscreen is likely a conflicting mod, clear cache and launch in safe mode and see if the issue persists

Its the graphics I play on lowest and changed it to low and it was fine but my FPS drops to 5 but it was the graphics and me changing it to low fixed it
