Toxoplasmosis is very much real. There are unproven theories that it affects and alters human brain functionality. Multiple researches on this topic are currently going on. All that said, I can assure you that your sister's drawings have nothing to do with it. Drawing such anthropomorphic animals is common for children and young teenagers. However, that fifth drawing with blood and severed heads is certainly not a good sign. You parents should discuss that with her.
