Hey Beamers, I got another question, my game is always daylight and I cant seem to find any way to change it to night so I can actually use my lights, if BeamNG Drive has no lighting changing can someone direct me to a mod that does give a lighting change mod?

You can change the time, just go to Esc>Environment>Time Of Day. To which you can move the slider to change the time. You can enable Play which will change the time gradually on its own. There are also sliders to change the length of day and night.

Although, certain maps may not have a dynamic time scale.

Most maps should run well on 8 GBs of RAM, and most maps do support dynamic time of day. Maps that are larger than 2048x2048 (1.5 sq miles) may not run as well.

When you get a computer with 8GBs of RAM, it is only 7.4GBs of RAM, so you will either need a beast of a cpu or a beastly graphics card, and do you almost know of any maps that hold an offroad race track with jumps?

Bajarama is a great offroad map with plenty of jumps.

Crash Hard 01's maps may work for you. They have a lot of off road tracks and jumps

Performance wise i have 8gb ram, i52500k OC'd, Gefore 1050TI OC edit and using a 512gb ssd so not a beast of any sorts. I still get a minimum of 45 fps on italy with hq car mods and full blown graphics and PostFX so performance shouldnt be an issue for you unless youre used to way more fps.
