fuck you, dude. you used to be alright but you just seem to have a vendetta against anyone who doesn't get a hard-on for internal combustion. (don't get me wrong, ICE over electric anyday) I'm gonna just give up debating that cyclist arent bad and put it down to cultural differences between northern ireland and america
As opposed to all the deadly poisonous chemicals that are spewed by ICE vehicles every time you turn them on? (or when they catch fire, as they occasionally do) Also "Bicycling" is the name of a magazine. I presume "Cycling" is the word you have been looking for.
Bicycles are annoying and are a threat to car culture. EVs are a threat to personal freedom of travel as a concept. Sadly, the quality of the "average American" has gone way downhill lately; see all the students claiming they'd embrace socialism. Right, because CO2 melts people's eyes and goes through their skin to get at their bones.
this in my defence i only cycle because i cant get a license well actually i can get a tractor license, but that's limited to a 3 mile radius of a farm, and despite my name, i am not a farmer. your argument about battery fires is shit. You probably have a phone, which has a battery you have a car which has a battery and a tank of incredibly flammable liquid you don't avoid a car even though it has a literal tank of liquid that is explosive enough to kill you and yet your argument against is electric cars is oh no they have batteries
Well one day it may be our only option for personal transport. Fossil fuels won't be around forever you know. Oh let it go already. You act like a gang of bikes and Teslas snuck into your house and tried to hurt you. I will not deny they have their issues, but you ignore all their pros. Agreed. As for me, I appreciate internal combustion engines as much as I do electric ones. They both have their pros and cons. Also, if I had to choose between an electric car and a nuclear car, I'll have the electric car. At least an electric car won't explode like a nuclear one probably would. A nuclear car in a crash would probably go full out mini-Hiroshima, and even long after the accident is over, there will probably be radiation that will linger around for some time.
No but it does cause global warming, but apparently you refuse science unless it comes out of one book or from a capitalist who has a lot to gain in lying to you
Bikes absolutely can use the road. I’m sorry, but as long as they’re not riding like homicidal maniacs, and use proper, safe, processes, they have any right to use the road.
Okay Alex Jones. We can tell you aren't giving true to life, realistic reasons for using ICE over EV, and you're just doing it because you're the alabama-redneck-prolife-redblood dinosaur that should've stayed in the 1800's where they belong. Wouldn't be surprised if an oil company sponsored you with all the bullshit you spew.
My saabs now a historic vehicle thanks to the fact it turned 40 last year. The tax book came and now we dont have to tax it So even if insuring it as my first car is expensive At least i dont have to tax it Jeez, i really have no concept of common sense
Noice. I've always dug the 99, they're cool ass little cars and they go like stink even without the turbo. If we're talking about turbo'd cars though, I'd rather have a Jetfire.
Jetfires are cool, but you still have to fill the tank of octane booster. My 528i is getting close. It turns 38 this year.
