hey guys I just got power out for like a minute and my pc shut down due to no power and when it came back on I powered on my computer and it’s been doing this black screen spinning circle thing for almost and hour now and idk if it will ever turn back on Help all my files are on it
Does it ever go into startup repair, or is it always at that screen? Check if there's any disk activity by checking the drive activity light (if there is one). If not, wait a little longer and see if Windows does boot. One thing that might work is shutting the computer off, unplugging and re-plugging the power supply, and then turning it back on. Another thing you can try is shutting the computer off 3+ times at that screen. If done correctly, it should boot into the recovery menu.
I seem to have fixed it, there was a 320gb hard drive in my system that seemed to be having issues so I removed it and everything works normal now
Edited: So i use a Lenovo Thinkcentre the power goes out and it does a spiral give it a moment then it will boot
