What do you think was the best year in the history of music?

    While most of us can't say that one year has a monopoly on great music, there are some that have had so much valuable music published in tnem that they deserve some distinction. Which of such years do you think was the best, and why?

    For me it is 1973, due to the amount of great or good rock albums released in it. Quadrophenia, Pronounced 'Lĕh-'nérd 'Skin-'nérd, Dark Side of the Moon, Queen, It's Only Rock N' Roll, Tres Hombres, Billion Dollar Babies, Aerosmith, Brothers and Sisters, Houses of the Holy, Bachman Turner Overdrive II, Selling England by the Pound...
