Here are my runs for Freestyle and Racing. Decided to skip TWS

 

i dont think you can skip a part of an event, unless theres something that i dont know.

 

I dont see why he can't skip a event it's his choice to not do as well as he could

I'll happily run TWS if required. Just not my thing personally, nothing against y'all or guardblast.
