Wentward, that's obvious. But I want to know, since I'm suggesting a vehicle. I'd like to know the meaning behind it. I know 40 is the length, and D means diesel, but that's all I know. Thanks in advance!
T is for Turbo and L is for Low-floor I believe. I could be wrong but that is what I remember people discussing a while back.
That sound right to me just like how the New Flyer D40LF name mean D= diesel, 40= 40 ft, and LF= low floor so it would be similar for the Wentward DT40L DT= diesel turbo, 40= 40 ft, and L= low-floor.
