Fed up with the transmission in the gasoline DT40 and so i ported the 5 speed allison from the dt35se to the dt40l. Shift logic is decent enough, and i also had to make a custom differential for the gearing to be roughly correct..

So smooth now 1st to 2nd.. locks a bit early it feels like but otherwise shifts on point.

Another bus transmission mod!

 

just a question, could we ever see like baltimore the the city of annapolis in beam? I would love that!

I don't usually like uploading in quick succession, but here is the finished model, I have shown almost all parts in images shown, but things like the electric drivetrain which are barely visible are not in the renders.






As I said the electric drivetrain isn't shown so just imagine the pictures above without a visible engine.
