it has problems with textures and i have no mods installed other than this one. i also did the thingy with the cache in the start menu

 

Pretty sure it's a Russian mod, what do you expect?

why would the performance of your computer affect textures////????//????/??/

 

Some mods don't load textures on certain quality settings. A certain mod in a different group doesn't load textures on low graphics settings, but works on medium / high settings
