I'm imagining the 2 steam file changes a couple minute ago was the devs finalising files.

 

Could that be a hint that the next map will be an NYC-inspired urban environment?

 

does the inclusion of multiple starter sounds mean we can add starter sounds?
and on the subject of that, if it's possible to modify them, is the code designed to only start the engine when the starter sound stops playing, meaning we can use 10-20 second long starter sounds on a blown engine?

 

Belasco livery is based on the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Police, Firwood's newer livery is based on the Pittsburgh Police. It has nothing to do with map location, but rather the fact that the developers seem to google American police liveries and use random ones. Basically, there is no correlation whatsoever.
