Hello, I was in a real car crash and I saw crashes. When a car crashes in real life into the engine, the engine malfunction shows instantly, because there is even a small malfunction even when the engine is still running, but in Beam NG Drive the engine malfunction light shows only when the engine is fully destroyed. So it would be more realistic if the engine malfunction (and a beep would play) would show when the engine would got damaged but it would still be running. And you can also try adding auto brake in some new cars (you can turn it off) so the car would try to stop before hitting an object and beep and show a brake icon on the display. And it would be also realistic if an airbag would deploy. Thanks for reading this and continue in progress of this amazing game and simulator.
I like the idea of the, "beep" or "gong" as it's usually referred to. Airbags are also a cool thing, I'm surprised there aren't mods for them already!
Code: }, "soundConfigExhaust": { "eqLowGain": 5.436, "eqLowFreq": 232.617, "eqLowWidth": 0, "eqHighGain": 30, "eqHighFreq": 2416.107, "eqHighWidth": 0, "lowShelfGain":30, "lowShelfFreq":1000, "highShelfGain":6.644, "highShelfFreq":1528.524, "eqFundamentalGain": -4 } By adding this under the torque numbers this will make custom exhausts sound even better, and trust me it actually does make them sound quite good.
The devs tell us that is too physics-intensive to simulate. I presume it's because if too many nodes are too close to one another, the physics become unstable for some reason. Ask a dev for more details about it.
