I love this update - Bluebuck, its configurations and the map updates are amazing, however, I am rather disappointed to find out that Bluebuck doesn't have a 5-speed manual transmission - I have tried to configure it with Stage 1 supercharger and other performance parts to make it quicker & more enjoyable, however, with 4-speed Sport manual transmission and even, increased RPM limit, it causes a feeling of knowing that it can be faster, but it is limited by a lack of another gear. Else, I am very satisfied with an update! Keep it coming, and try to add 5-speed manual, as an "aftermarket" option.
the hydraulics on the Bluebuck don't seem to be that powerful tbh. may the next update have more powerful ones please?
-Is it just me or have automatic transmissions been getting worse for a while? Many vehicles now struggle to gain RPM when full throttle is applied. The Bluebuck Stock Car config also has more issues than just that, it upshifts when you get into second gear and let go of the accelerator. -Also found this happening in WCUSA with traffic on -The busted range feels like it's too high. I can be multiple car lengths away not even on the road and get busted -Cop cars in the traffic almost always just sit there doing nothing but driving into a wall, blowing their engines. Observed both on Italy and WCUSA -Reflections are missing terrain, I'm driving through the sky in my mirrors
i dont have any mods installed, cleared the cache, a friend of mine has the same problem, reinstalling did not help, Utah is broken...
It'd probably be best to post that on the mod page, and supply information about what's not working. I found disabling UI Hardware Acceleration actually reduced lag, and I am running over 200 mods with no lag. I was getting 3+ second lag with it on.
These problems seem to come from leftover files located on locally on your document / BeamNG.drive / levels .. folder , a simple test can be to save the folder (in case you have work in progress level mod creation in there for example ) and move or delete this levels folder , at the next load the issue should be gone
What's with the bluebuck power steering, it causes a fatal exception in safe mode. The quick ratio steering has a power steering option which destroys the vehicle.
At least I'm not going crazy. It was probably a ported steering box and that was not removed properly.
Apparently some real-life lowriders do slowly banana themselves - at least the body, even if not the frame. Supposedly there's a Town Car somewhere which is capable of standing up nearly vertical on its rear wheels - but if you look at the C-pillars, you can see paint cracking and flaking off as the metal underneath it slowly bends.
I think the situation with the lowrider suspenion is A) it seems to take some practice to be able to link hops together to get any decent airtime and B) the rear departure angle isn't great, so getting the nose up high isn't really possible
