Broken Utah, USA dirt texture

When I loaded into the map Utah, USA, the dirt texture is just a really light blue. Every other texture is fine, but the ground texture is definitely not right. I've cleared my cache and went into safe mode, and it was still the same. Any help?

 

This is the exact problem that is happening to me (exact reason why I made this account). I noticed that the more dirt is on something, the more blue it is (like dirt paths are blue, rocks covered in a little dirt are a lighter tint of blue).

 

I think the new update broke some textures, ive seen other reports of broken textures. But im sure the devs will fix it soon.

 

I'm having the same issue, and it's right after the update. I couldn't find anything on it until this thread, and this probably confirms my suspicion. Thanks!

 

I took this about 2 mins ago, everything is a-ok for me, may I ask what videocards you all have? it might be a driver thing, or a specific card might be broken. I have a gtx 1060
