    Ah, yes, I was going to say the smoke is way too dense for the size
    Apart from that, looks awesome.

    Also, have you been playing around with oculus rift yet or are you going to do that later?

    Next question, how long does the particles stay visible? I was hoping to be able to set how much smoke and particles you can view, like a low, medium then high amount. More smoke, longer linger, the better. ^_^

    Awesome looking smoke and skidmarks! I'm wondering, will BeamNG be as open as RoR is in terms of creating your own particles and suchlike? Or will it all be pretty much locked up? I just love how openly you can customise RoR, so figured I'd ask.

    I zoomed in 10000% and counted 25k. :p But the smoke kinda doesn't look right, like, I just can't explain it. It just doesn't. :( And don't get me wrong, it looks great, but something's messing with me, something about the cars contrasting with the smoke maybe? It might be because it's not PhysX smoke, the texture looks kinda like it is just stretched to make the later fluffballs, it's not "spawning" around the tires? I have no idea, something's wrong. Hm.

    I think it's because the smoke isn't wrapping around the wheels like it does in real life. Also, during a high rev burn out the exhaust will sometimes blow a stream of smoke in funny directions.

    have you guies solved the priblems with lag ctashing yet exc just curious hooe no one has already asked this to the devs yet thank you:)

    I don't think so... BeamNG is in development for over a year now... They told about the crashing a week ago. I don't think it's solved already

    I dont know man, Im thinking that even if they planned on implementing it, it would probably be done maybe a year after BeamNGs release, for health safety. I'm not sure people would be able to handle BeamNG AND the Oculus Rift.
    XD jk, That would be awesome If they did it and it would be the only reason I would buy the oculus!

    Hello! I'm new to this forum, but have been following the development of this project for quite a while...
    Just wanted to compliment on how great things look so far.
    Haven't dug deep enough to know but is there any news that real-world cars will be in the game, or spin-offs of real world cars?

    Spin-offs, real world licensing is not allowed to the extent of damage BeamNG will do. And the devs are not 1 billion $ companies.

    Do what GTA games do and change the name to something similar and make the car look similar but now legitly a replica to the real car. EXAMPLE In GTA there is a car called a landstalker (fake version of real car Landcruiser) and then they made the model somewhat similar to the real car.

    That's... sort of what I've been doing. All of my cars are taking inspiration from real models (sometimes more than one). The Grand Marshal is heavily inspired by a Crown Victoria, Grand Marquis, and Caprice, for example. The Ibishu Covet is basically a Honda Civic-equivalent.
