Install Crash test dummy in vehicle (as passanger and driver )

I just got a mod that makes you have a driver test dummy. It's useful but I would love the dummy to be in the car like in the front seat or something. Is there any way possible, I've seen multiple videos and pictures of people having them in there car, How can I?
