Unsolved VW Polo texture and sound error

I can't get the textures to work right on the VW Polo, what should i do to solve this?

 

It's likely outdated and unsupported for the latest version of the game, as the mod was made back in 2014.

There's not much you can do about it, unless someone steps in and provides a hotfix to make the mod compatible for 0.17.
