Camera Won't Work Properly

So you can center the camera with NUMPAD 5, and it was working before, but now it won't do anything, and trying to zoom in or out just moves the camera up or down when I pressed NUMPAD 9 or 3. I checked the controls, nothing was changed, but it just won't work. Also, sometimes the camera angle would change, and the relative view would be like, on the side of the car instead of in the driver seat. Any solutions?

Oh, thanks! That fixed the center camera option, but what about the relative camera changing?

Relative camera keys are:
WASD - move the camera
NUMPAD 4/6/8/2 or RMB+Strafe - Rotate camera
NUMPAD 9/3 - FOV

*For Numpad keys, you must have Numlock enabled, else Numpad will act as arrow keys.
