It looks like your game / steam failed during the update process (you version here is still 0.17.0.0) , reading the logs several files are broken, I do suggest at minimum to use "Verify integrity of game files" (using steam)
That's a very nice update, had a great time driving fast in traffic but in my opinion, traffic on the highway move a lot too much. They keep changing lines and when they're in the other line they change again instantly. Make fast driving on the highway much harder. Keep doing this awesome work, congrats for the update !
@synsol Can I ask why is the json files so bare on the new Gavril Grand Marshal Vehicles I need more data from the files but its not there at the moment, did you forget to put it into the files? You know its for the wiki right but the stuff like 0 - 100 times and the top speed and power stuff all that stuff I require isnt there in the files (thought I would clear it up for you) its just a description and a few other things no performance information there
Would've been great if you could keep the older Marshal as well, it could be called like "Marshal MK1" or some other fictional name, like car manufacturers call their models - e.g. Honda CR-V, CR-V II, CR-V 3, CR-V 4 - all the same model, but different generations. Old one could keep the filename (fullsize), and the new ones could go "gav_marshal_2ndgen" or something like that This'll keep backwards compatibility but the new car will be there as well. And you can always remove it later, which will be the proper way to "obsolete" a vehicle. Reason is - to include more content, to have more options to choose from, to not break mods which had new configurations... And I really liked old Marshal, my dad used to drive me to school on old car that looked a lot like it (GAZ 3110)
hi everyone, I know this is off topic but why can't I change "pound-force per square inch" to " bar " in the wheel pressure settings sorry for my English, I use a translator
We really do our best to keep mods working while our game is on early access, for example, we still provide the old assets on the remade levels or there is a lot of compatibility system that helps old mods to still run. Unfortunately, we can't really do much more, as it will be too much to maintain, when we also want to keep our content updated. Personally I do have half of my mods affected, but meanwhile, this will be a good opportunity to have my mods updated with the latest features.
Thanks at least you are gonna resolve it ASAP for me so I can keep the performance tables updated for everyone
Is there any place where I can find the values for vehicle parts? I'm wondering because I want to challenge myself to make vehicles with the cheapest and fewest modifications possible.
Awesome update guys, loving the roadsport GM. I found a few issues with a couple of vehicles (mainly the modern Gavrils) that i'd like to share with you guys. Glass, lights, and badging look like this at night ore when covered in dust. On all vehicles, sometimes the parking brake light comes on when the vehicle is reset and doesn't go away unless the vehicle is reset with ctrl-r, or the parking brake is actually activated. It doesn't affect the car in any way because it's just the light, NOT the actual parking brake. This is extremely finnicky and only shows up every so often. This sometimes happens with the check engine light, but I haven't been able to reproduce that. The D15's steering wheel is misisng Gavril lettering. badging on Gavril vehicles is extremely incosistent- all vehicles have different badges- the D15 and GM are similar, but slightly different- The Roamer's is unique to the Roamer ONLY, and is entirely unreadable- the same can be said about the H15's badges. I propose that all Gavril vehicles (Omitting Barstow, Bluebuck and T-Series) get the badge that the D15 uses- it matches their marketing and the badging on the rear of their cars! The 'Fleet" GM has a black interior, while both police variants use a blue interior. Are the police cars made from the fleet variant? is there a "Police Interceptor" variant, available for purchase by a police department, which has to add their own livery? All in all, this is a fantastic game i'm glad I can play. You guys have done an AMAZING job with the GM and the refreshed maps, and it's really a breath of fresh air to see a team which is so involved in their community. You guys rock, and Beam will get to great hights, i'm sure!
