Hub caps

is anyone's Hubcaps broken? they dont show up anymore

 

Try running the game in safe mode. If they appear in safe mode, it could be a mod causing your issue.

Clear cache, if safe mode doesn’t fix it. I had the same issue, I cleared cache and verified integrity and that fixed it.

 

What if the person clears cache and tries safe mode but it's still there? then the person tries verifying integrity, still there, then the person tries uninstalling then installing, it's still there, another PC, it's still there, buys a new PC, it's still there, asks someone if they could test their PC, still there, they never can escape the broken hubcaps.
