This has likely already been brought up, but the Covet's high performance radiator doesn't have a mesh.

 

There is a plethora of floating trees behind the gas station on Hirochi Raceway.



Affected Location:

 

Firwood doesn't have a police station despite having police cars for that town and a fire station

 

It does, on the outskirts of town. It's combined police/fire.

 

can you guys add choke to the old cas devs

 

License Plates don't support special characters

Wierd behavior I'm having. I can play some scenarios (like the hiroshi Figure 8 race) with 28 FPS with no problems, but suddenly it drops to 15 FPS and lower. After finishing the race, I click to to freeroam mode (hence removing all cars except the player) and still get 15FPS or lower. I have seem this at times in previous versions,like if you hit somthing during the play that degrades the performance over time.
To resolve, I just need to quit the Scenario or Freeroam session and restart again, then I'm back to nice performance.
I don't see anything on my system, all seems fine, drivers are updated... Sorry If I can get a specifc thing that can be replicated. This doesn't happen everytime, so I'm not sure I can simulate.
Anyways, thanks for the great update, I think I'll have to upgrade my system soon to be able to enjoy it better, my GTX 960 with traffic is not so good.

I just want to report that AI in West Coast USA is still quite broken. It tends to drive on the wrong side of the road on the bridge over the dam, on the coastal road it likes to slam on the brakes, jam the reverse, crash into the guardrail and keep accelerating even if the car is blocked. Many times near the on/off ramps (mostly off ramps) of the highway it drives wrong way with no reason.

 

Have you verified your game files, clear your game cache, tried in safe mode and or removed all your mods?

Ohh something that is very late but still relevant.

The traffic still has problems with roundabouts and onramps. It also changes lanes way too often on the motorway. Also, I've noticed that 4 speed automatic in d series When shifted manually to second gear and then shifted to d near redline changes to 4-th, then to 3-rd. Is that how a classic automatic changed gears? I've never driven an older automatic car, but I doubt it is supposed to do this.

I got this even I have more than 2GB free available physical memory

 

After 0.17.1.1 update traffic awareness is gone. Cars crash into you and into each other. Also now they don't limit their speed. On the plus side now the onramps paths work fine. I tried to select random in ai menu after spawning ai cars, but the issue still persisted.

 

Delete(not just disable) the traffic tool, then try again.

 

I am getting the same problem on both normal and Safe Modes.
(after 1 minute of standing still)

 

Tried in safe mode, uninstalled the game, deleted game folder and documents folder, issue still persisted
