I load up beamng drive and get a black a screen

    i start beamng load a map it loads and i get a black screen i can drive but icant see were im going

    Are you on fullscreen? you could try hitting alt+enter to toggle into windowed mode, I had a similar problem when I boot, I couldn't see the main menu until I toggled out of fullscreen and then back into it. also, what graphics card do you have? i might be useful for the devs to know what cards are having this trouble. I have an Nvidia 1060.

    sorry i took half a year to respond i tried the alt + enter to no luck im not sure on my graphics card but on my computer it does say core i5 if that helps thx for responding

    No ive tried that and it does nothing ive did the other start up options and the file check

    Core i5 is refers to the processor and in itself is not very helpful. you can hit ctrl+shift+esc to bring up task manager, hit the arrow at the bottom that says more details, then go to the performance tab, and tell us exactly what you see to the right of CPU, then look for GPU or GPU 1 on the left list where it shows cpu, memory, bluetooth etc. GPU 0 will be your IGPU, and GPU 1 will be your DGPU.

    it says CPU intel(R) core(TM) i5-3210m cpu @ 2.50GHz
    i dosent have gpu or gpu1

    it ran it at about 30 to 40 fps if that helps
