my traffic is still not working here's what's happening: 1traffic is crashing into each other 2police wont chase me if I crash into them or speed past them well they wont chase me at all
Did mean to mention this quite a while ago, it seems like the cars in general get stuck to objects and each other considerably more since the 0.17 update. You can basically guarantee that any head on crash will result in a stuck car. It feels a lot more like very old versions of the game used to be.
I know and it’s getting really annoying for me with the traffic not aware anymore just pls any ideas to what I should do (I had beamng for a few days and it was working then but on Thursday at 4ish when I spawned traffic it was not aware) so pls can anyone help --- Post updated --- Traffic is now on the ai control app so I’m going to try it out
so everyones having this going on with the police not chasing you if you crash into them? --- Post updated --- so how long till the hotfix
Yes, i have the same issue. I remember when i play BeamNG (even my laptop not so good at gaming), i always use dynamic reflection, but it's not so laggy at all. But today's update really messed that up, i need to turn off the dynamic reflection and the shadows to play smoothly (but it's still laggy tho). But strangely at the next day, it doesn't so laggy at the first day. O yea, the devs should reassign the bluebuck's hydraulic key bindings, since the hydraulic use the 'H' button, the horn no longer be honking. Anyway, did someone noticed that the game became a bit too bright?
It makes no sense. Render changes are usually in the major updates, while hotfixes limits themselves to fixes on that side. These latest hotfix does not even include any changes, big or small, that could influence the game performance that much. Please make sure it's not something on your side please (ie. make sure you are using the same settings as before, etc etc) I cannot confirm this either, as pre and post hotfix version run basically the same for me.
Hello. I've noticed that in the latest hotfix you can cheat the steering by using mouse steering. The car can turn its wheels at extreme speed, even if the car has a regular steering box. Mouse steer has not acted like this before.
while modding i noticed that the sunburst_diffuser_alt bumper is asymmetric as shown in my image, theres like one small-block/unit difference in height, and the right side in general looks a but messier, could it be that you guys have forgot to mirror the fixed part? the part in the diffuser area shows the difference well
I think you accidentally mapped the steering of the car to the mouse axis. Did you check your bindings lately ? edit : maybe the linearity curve has been changed too ------------- ^
Traffic on Italy is the best by far- but on some segments of the highway cars will merge into the other lane, then merge back a split second later. It's on the bridge crossing the river, and on the other side of the tunnel until the highway turns into two lanes. It's fun for crashing, not so fun for... anything else. On the road near the fortress, cars will just kind of give up and do burnouts at the front of the fortress. It seems kind of strange that it goes from public road directly to monument- maybe a parking lot and a small ticket booth or something? Sometimes, on the coastal highway, the AI will just stop randomly in the middle of the road, and if you set the speed to 60 km/h- the AI barely attempts to stop. They tap the brakes and then say "Well, I'm done" as they plow into the stopped car. It's not just pileups where the AI does this too. I was going along a mountain road, and this Sunburst comes out of this little side street- not even using the brakes- and swings itself onto the road. I swear that the AI awareness has been toned down loads.
American Road has it supported too on it's highways. Yet, I have the same problem with the AI. I always had trouble with intersections.
