    I don't recognize those wheels being from the game itself.
    Please verify if this happens in Safe Mode first.
    If Safe Mode it's fine, then it means your issue is mod related.

    Transmission shows up fine over here by the way.

    looks like your using a mod that is broken or interfering with the stock parts in the game, that engine is not official since official is a 4.5l or 5.5l, id try what nadeox1 said with safe mode or find out which mod is interfering and remove it and reload the game
