Broken Barstow interior textures

Does anyone know what mod is causing this? I've thru all of the regular troubleshooting options and I know for a fact that it is a mod but I have too many mods for me to easily figure it out. Here's a couple of pics.

Also forgot to mention there's also a weird floating carb air filter situation so that it sticks above the hood. Here's a pic of that:

What Mod is that link to? It gives me an error when I click it. Nevermind, It was the 5.9 V8 for the D-series.
