Traffic Ui App Respawn Factor?

    What does it do exactly?

    Q2: Is there a way to make ai cars spawning and disappearing distance further away from me?

    Hi!

    It controls the general strength of how far or close other vehicles respawn. By default, the game uses a sight based system to check where and when to respawn vehicles, but the "respawn factor" adjusts the math for the minimum distance. Try setting it to 0.5 (or less) to get that effect.

    thanks for the answer. I have more thing to say, i tried 0.2 and it was pretty good for distance spawns and ai not constantly spawning. However one thing i noticed was this: Even though ai cars spawn further away, they still kinda spawn group-ish. i'll give an example

    i was playing on tennessee map (biggest map with very long highways) and set r.f. to 0.2. i set speed limit to 150km/h. i am driving 170 or something. a car spawns very far front of me, cool. Then another car spawns, again, very far from me but very close to the first car which causes the first car to slow down a lot. Therefore, when im expecting to pass vehicles that are going 120-150km/h, i end up passing vehicles that are slower than those because the car spawned in front of them caused them to slow down a lot. Is there a chance this will be addressed in the future?

    Hmm, I see what you mean. Yeah, it can be improved. I can factor in other vehicle velocities instead of just positions for testing a valid spawn point.
