Tip number one: Don't overestimate yourself, going straight to making cars is really hard, since there are a lot of things in modding that take practice. Start small and don't rush anything, don't take shortcuts, its its normal that a single mod can take between 20 min and 1-2 years if talking about a car mod with a lot of detail. Tip 2: Don't steal other's work, always ask for permission if you want to use their model, lua or sections of jbeam, no response means you didn't get the permission. Converting meshes from other games is also stealing unless you got permission from the developers. Tip3. Don't be a showoff... Start threads regarding your mods once they're ready or near completion Tip4. Don't ask other modders to do stuff for you, everyone has their own projects already.
