can I play FH4 without a Xbox account? (SOLVED, DELETE PLEASE)

    So, since I don't want to bump the FH4 thread, I made this thread.
    I want to buy FH4, do I need an Xbox account to play it? I don't have an Xbox, I'm just curious cause the game seems to be great.
    I guess I sound dumb.
    EDIT: I made a Xbox account just to play FH4 online on PC so yeah :p, sorry for messing up this section.
