My game broke!

So, when I enter a level, the default car doesn't spawn and the speedometer is red.
Also, the Automation Track and the old Pessima have no thumbnails. But after a while, (I tried to spawn a car a couple of times) a car spawned! It's very weird.

 

Do you have mods? When you click on BeamNG.Drive, rather than clicking Launch Game, click Support Tools and then Safe mode. This will temporarily disable your mods if you have any. If your game works fine in Safe Mode, then it's a mod causing this issue. Look through your mods and try to figure out which one it is. Remember not to download mods from other websites other than this one!

It actually didn't work. I tried Safe Mode, Clear Cache and Verifying the Game Files. Should I reinstall?

If it was still broken after safe mode, then, as said above, maybe verify integrity. Then maybe reinstall it.
