Lately, I've been thinking about how the paint on vehicles don't have too much metallic shine to them. I'm not sure if this would cause lag of some sort of be too difficult, but I think there could be a metallic slider in the paint section.
No. Metallic. Like this: I should've put flake, so that's my fault. --- Post updated --- This is what the chrominess slider would do to a silver : This is regular chrome Then a flake/metallic slider would do this: If you tried making silver in the game you'd get this (but lighter): This isn't too much of an accurate representation as this is a special color by Audi, but regardless, this doesn't have any shine, it's a dull non-metallic paint.
In other words, you want that "just polished" showroom look with the paint reflecting points of light better. So do I. I would love to see that on the Burnside.
He wants more of a glint off of the paint, something which dynamic reflections doesn't do quite well enough. I believe it is because the light engine is just not up to snuff. Hence, not only do the headlights look bad, but so do the light reflections off of the paint.
I mean, that's what it says. I have no idea how grammatically correct it is. I think in older versions the slider said "Alpha."
