The pre-facelift had a big kidney grille, but it worked. This new one just looks awful and cartoony. Old: New: --- Post updated --- Reddit solved this:
I do find it really ugly. The stupid boxy overly wide body kit, jacked up ride height, whatever you call the dumb looking front spoiler, and the fisher price color scheme. Just because you don't find it ugly doesn't mean it looks good to me. Op said "Post the ugliest cars you've ever seen here!" and this is pretty damn ugly out of the cars I've seen. That brings me on to this, the Subaru Impreza Casa Blanca. I really thought I'd seen it all, but no, this is a thing. This probably could just be the ugliest car of all time. What were they thinking? And people thought the bug eye Impreza was bad... Inb4 someone tells me this is the pinnacle of automotive design too.
That looks more like something Mitsuoka would vomit up than anything a mainstream manufacturer would ever be guilty of!
1970 Catalina/Bonneville and 1971 Catalina/Grand Ville/Bonneville. Both of these front ends are god awful, and I don't know how anyone back then somehow found these appealing. I especially hate the '70 fascia, looks as if an alien infection of the previous Catalina fascia designs came as 1. As for the '71 fascia, it has that Joker smile along with the cutesy yet stupid headlights that really makes it unappealing for me and also horrifying. I know that the Catalina has a few other ugly fascias, but that's for another time. But I really dislike the '70 fascia the most just because of how alien and unsettling it looks.
Whoever designed it must have lived in a society. On-topic: What in the sweet merciful fuck is this bloated whale carcass of an automobile? Why, it's a 2010 Subaru Legacy. I've driven one, they suck.
That was okay, just looked a bit snarky. On the other hand, the '67 front end was just batshit weird.
The 3rd facelift of the 2nd gen hyundai tiburon. the rest of the car is really well proportioned, but it's like they damaged the front bumper of the pre-production model, and frantically stuck on a bumper off a 10-year-old elantra.
