Hasn't been updated since June of 2018 so most likely yes. For in the future please try to check dates before commenting/asking.

Probably no time soon. I don't know the history of this mod but I thonk Hog005 gave up development for IRL reasons and gave it to JackLumba. Im guessing that JackLumba also gave up on it.
