Van Brakes problem.

I have noticed that the H-series has a brake problem. The brakes on all the variants don't work at all. (parking brake as well) now i chose to ignore this and soon if fixed itself (most likely by deleting the mod causing it) and i was fine with this. then my game chose to be a daft basted and activate all my mods therefore causing the van brakes to yet again not work. if you know why mods that may be causing this problem please tell me.
