The "rocky start" campaign is a bit bugged. The ai in the race part of the campaign is in general bad and in the second red roamer race the ai does not work at all. The bus spawns off road in the "green park" bus route
Not sure if this is the right thread to say this, but after playing on the revamped Utah, I just have to say that I lack words to describe all the positive feelings I have towards the dev team as I love offroading the most out of all car activites. so seeing Utah be so close to the real one, just made me feel all wamr & fuzzy inside HUGE thanks to the whole BeamNG team, I love you all a lot
I tried loading the Utah map but it just freezes up the game and the entire operating system. I came back to it a little bit over 10 minutes later and the map still hadn't loaded Edit: *facepalm... Lol I just realized that nothing was frozen I just needed to press alt+enter lol and. The grid map was also the same. But when I loaded grid map in safe mode it loaded relatively quickly. Even with all my mods disabled not on safemode it still took forever and it never got to the spawning point since it keeps saying not responding
A few things about Utah, what is with all the carriage wheels lying about? maybe some but a few ore carts in the mines would be a nice touch. You guys seriously need to add in an Easter Egg. Maybe Doc's time machine hidden in one of the mines?
I sadly dont have much time so for now I can only offer very initial feedback: In no particular order: Loading times seem to have improved. I play on an SSD with 32GB ram. New loading screen is a vast improvement. Last "loading symbol" stays at 70 %... goes back to zero and goes back to 70 % again a few times. Technical loading screen text was only visible to me shortly before spawn.. not quite sure if that is intended or was just because of the first time loading after the update. Will recheck and inform you later. Personally I dislike the way the eSBR 300 blue standard colours changed with the rendering changes but then that is to be expected when you modify colours that much. Reflections/Lightning on the car feel much more realistic. General graphic quality feels notable better. Could you please explain in a bit more details what this means and how it affects cars using an electric drivetrain? All in all, this looks like an awesome update and I cant wait to test out the rest of teh changes and give much more detailed feedback. Thank you.
Hi, Utah is using the wrong lines in the tunnel. A double yellow means that traffic can travel in two opposite directions.
also one more thing that I just noticed. where is the original Gavril custom classic? not the extended bed version.
Well I love the update. The refreshed Gavril platform is one of the best things ever! The new color and lighting changes are amazing as well. Only issue I've encountered is that there is no way to get the side pipe(s) working with the diesel engine. I'd love to roll coal out some side pipes!
I wasn't sure if I was missing it but I can't seem to find it either. Looks like most of the standard bed versions have gone. Could just be missing it though, I'll take another look soon.
Can I ask, how angry would you all be if I split the D-series performance comparison into like 3 tables so you have the D15, D25 and D35 all split up, I am very much considering it since there are a lot of overlapping vehicles and the room on the page is very tiny
Minor little bug with the Moonhawk's steering column mounted automatic shifter. It seems to move in the wrong direction compared to other other vehicles with similarly placed shifters. The gear indicator and the shifter's positions are pretty much a giveaway.
