God, what part of “stand down, we’re FBI!” do these cops not understand. Now my new cars all beat up. *As the cops continued to chase me, I glanced over at a gaping hole in the side of the cliff, an abandoned mine.* Ah well, it’s not like I have much choice. Hang on Vic! *I slam on the brakes and drift into the mine...*
"Dammit, Brien, I can't decide whether you're a professional driver or if you got your license out of a cereal box!" I yell, as we swing around the corner into a mine.
It kinda depends on the mood I’m feeling. *As we continue to speed through the mine, the Moonhawk shakes around.* --- Post updated --- Can’t believe that idiot in the van just flew off the cliff like that. Anyway, it looks like we’re heading towards an exit. If they have it blocked off grab your wallet and put your hands high in the sky. --- Post updated --- Okay, now we're out of the mine and we're lost. @98crownvic , can you call the FBI and tell them to clear our reputation up with the cops? --- Post updated --- Okay, we're here, the cops don't hate us, and we even have a nice little tent. Unfortunately, the black van guys will probably show up here at some point.
So I arrived in Utah late last night after a 40+ hour drive with only a handful of stops along the way. The new shop looks great, especially with the Barstow parked up out front. I figured at this point that the only wise thing to do would be a massive eviction-worthy burnout in a 50 year old car that had just completed a multi-thousand mile road trip and was already running uncomfortably warm. The next day (today), I've already began to fuel my unhealthy addiction by buying another vehicle that I neither needed nor safely could afford. But, the deal was just too good to pass up. It's a meticulously kept 1989 Gavril D-25 single cab short bed V8 4WD with a manual trans, all for $3500. Instead of hacking up my Hopper like I had originally wanted to do, this truck will now be the victim. I plan on turning this thing into a rad crawler once we get our shop established well enough.
So Ive wrapped my Bolied yellow and im gone to utah for just some camping on a holiday and maybe since i dont see anyone I might try some donuts
Creating new chareter Name: Denis James Age:21 Car:Bolide with 200k km engine problems and has rust on it Location:Maine East Coast USA Job:Road worker
It’s been a couple hours, and @98crownvic and I got a bit of rest in. Now we’re back, sitting in the air conditioned Moonhawk. I’m on my laptop looking over the police report on the day we got the remaining people from the West Coast terrorist killed or arrested.
I have been planned to buy a house on the wheels.I have been saving for 2years and one day my dad called me and sayd sale happening so I drove there and just from inspection I see that it needs two propane tanks and Air Conditioning and just bought it. and it has hole So I ordered air conditioning thing and two propane tanks it should arrive the next day because the shop is in west coast usa
[going back to original character (Mark)] I've had a flash of inspiration Dad needed a truck, so I gave him mine. It was too big for me at this stage. I have decided to go on a camping holiday to Utah, and as I now need a new vehicle, I have bought a H-Series RV. (pics later, computer off)
I'm done with trucking, seriously. I feel like once every 10,000 miles there's always someone who causes a accident with me, and out of all the people that could've done this it was a bus driver who fell asleep and rammed me and another person at 30MPH. This thing is a magnet for accidents and so is the T75, with people cutting me off all the time and brake checking me on major interstates. I've absolutely had it, I'm selling my Big Rig if anyone wants it (Selling cars thread) as the insurance company already did a full payout for my now old D35. I don't necessarily know what I'll be doing next for my new job, but It will be involving automotive things, I may even start a dealership... (Pictures from accident scene, the whole rear part of the frame is bent badly. No way will this ever be road legal again.)
If you're interested in moving... we're looking for experienced employees at the shop in Utah if you'd be interested.
That would be great! I know how to properly service HD vehicles and or trailers. I'll be there in a week or so once I get my house sold / find a property in Utah.
Sounds good! Your job will be waiting here. In other news, we had our first customer in the "custom" division: a man brought in his truck looking for a for custom sidepipes. I bent up and welded together a set as well as attached the decorative tips that he wanted me to install. With less back pressure due to the lack of mufflers, it shoots some pretty bad ass flames now.
4 days later after finding a job opportunity and selling my house to the bank ( who currently is listing it for sale), I find a perfect plot of land in Utah that's not that far from the Ranger station or my new work. I decide to buy it for it's low price of 60,000$ and also purchase a pristine, low mileage, second hand camper trailer from a local Utah car dealer for 3 grand with functional A/C. I arrive only a day later to collect the trailer in my Hopper and the legal rights to my new land.
So, from my research, it looks like not everyone who was in the building we got raided by the Police was arrested or killed. My guess is that they planned on killing me, then @zestyfolfdude and @98crownvic . Since I escaped and warned Vic, we're safe, but Zesty is still in danger. I've shot him a text warning him and I'm hoping he got it. It said we're in Utah so maybe we can all meet up.
On my way to work i barely avoided a black van, that was seemingly headed to utah. 'Why are those guys back, didnt the fbi stop them before?' 'I just hope i can stay out of it' i drive to work, having the feeling this may not be a good day
As the cherry-red Moonhawk rolls up to the campsite, I raise my arms into the air. As Vic and Brien step out, I cry "What're you doing?"
Hey man! Wasn’t really expecting to see you around here. We’re out here because guys in black vans almost killed me and you and Vic are probably on the list too.
"I can't even go on vacation without running into trouble!" I look towards the horizon, then back at the two. "Let the police handle this. Don't intercept. It feels good to be the hero, but rememer all three of us have nearly been killed."
So I bought a new car and a new house, but it isnt any house or car, and yes i did just buy a other house but i always dreamed of moving out to wcu, and this house had amazing of an offer, i couldnt resist. My new car : Its a Mazda RX-7 Panspeed race car, which was made road legal with blinkers and others being added to it, it cost me only $76,200 My new house : It was very expensive but a great deal so i bought it, it has a nice garage and its a big house, this will be my house for the years and then, as always theres the downside or consequence. This time I crashed my D15, the right outer tie rod broke and i spun out and crashed into some rocks, the car is totaled
