From his last post on the Vendome's thread, he said that he would only have it reopened once there was much progress made (and from the sounds of it, will probably take some months before that would happen to begin with).

I'm not exact whether that's true now though, but time will tell.

 

Still needs power steering, Its rather difficult to turn with FFB enabled. Still a fun car to try and street race...

About the Heolia Vendome : we are several people who have worked on it, and we're all in the same boat : lots of work and not that much free time. But as long as there is life, the mod is not abandoned.
Wait and see ! I give this answer to you as well as to myself. I would like very much to see this car alive in game but we can't always do what we'd prefer, life has its priorities.

Lowriders are not such a huge work like making new body variants, with all the skins and stuff related. It's just a new suspensions, so it will arrive when it's ready.

0.18 update semi-broke light textures, and the color presets now look incorrect.

 

These can often be fixed by altering the chrominess and brightness of paint, I made my own colour presets to match the new lighting.

 

Thanks for the feedbacks, i'm currently investigating to see how this could be fixed.

 

My lightbar lenses have become almost clear with a tinge of blue or red. Any advise on how to get them back the solid colors?

 

Last update changed a lot of things in how glasses behave and currently i have absolutly no time to check all the textures that need to be modified and even if issues will be solved.
I'll try to to fix and update at the beginning of next year but i don't know when, i have to much work and no free time for modding.

 

Not sure how you are doing but hopefully everything is alright. Here is the Impala wagon I was talking about a while back that my uncle has.

and so far the glass textures have not been a problem for me but I think I saw a texture error somewhere in the engine bay so I will take a look at that and update when I find it.
