I need some help

    Hello Folks of the BeamNG Forum. I require your assistance

    I've made a few skins for some vehicles, but I can't seem to figure how to install them.

    So, this is what I ask of you:
    1. Someone (who knows how to install skins) to test the skins for me
    or 2. Someone to properly tell me how to install them.

    Sadly the wiki still refers to the old materials.cs file, which isn't used by the vanilla content.

    materials.cs is still supported, and you should use it for now.
    We moved out content to the .json format, but because it's a work in progress, you should consider if you use it now or wait until it's safe from major changes.

    I have made the .dds, .cs, and .jbeam files. I've added the code into then but just cant get it to work

    If it's not appearing the Part Selector, the problem is the Jbeam.
    If it's appearing in the Part Selector, but you see no skin on the vehicle when you install it, the problem is in the materials.cs file

    Without seeing the actual files, it's pretty much a guessing game.
