A 9C1 Chervolet Caprice was still in service in 2016 so i wouldn't doubt that a lada is still patrolling in russia. of course without the CCCP police decals

 

They are actually still using 2105/7 as patrol/pursuit cars, maybe 2106 too in some regions.
