Download problem!!

I have been trying to redownload the game after I uninstalled it due to me trying to add a car and I messed it up, giving me the "no material" on my pickup. So in my bright mind (I am not super computer savvy) I delete every single folder of beamng Drive BEFORE going to the "uninstall program. Then I went to uninstall the game and I get the error "invalid installation folder ( no main executable)".

The only way to uninstall it is through Iobit uninstaller. When I redownload the game, it gets to the proxy settings and it stops a quarter of the way through then gives me "FATAL ERROR unable to download file: version.txt Couldn't resolve host name". Ive forcefully uninstalled and reinstalled the game many times and I get the same error every time. I have seen other related posts about the same error and it does not help me. I have disabled my firewall and reinstalled the game, but no luck.

I go to the games' folder and find the "update.exe.old" and I tried renaming it without the "old" and still no luck.

My computer is not a gaming pc, but it runs the full game on lowest quality . I messed up the game myself and I am not sure how to fix it. (I just want to play again)

It is caused by your antivirus, firewall or proxy blocking the installer from functioning.

 

I know it is. I looked on the many posts about it and I tried everything I found and nothing is working. When I right click on the setup for it and go to properties, there is a button that says "unblock" because my computer blocks it. I clicked the button to unblock it and it still wont go through the proxy settings. I have also disabled firewall and anti virus, but I am not sure about how to disable proxy properly. (tried looking it up and I don't get it)

It doesn't make sense because the game initially downloaded without a problem when I first purchased it, and played without a problem.

 

I have a diff prob. when I install a car it shows up on the menu but when I select it its is a blank box. HELP
