I need to upgrade the RAM in my 2 IN 1 laptop for beam.NG. The laptop is has 2 GB ddr3 RAM and the make/model is RCA Cambio 10.6". I know the specs are bad but i want to see if it can handle it.

That thing has an intel atom processor and no graphics chip, upgrading the ram isn't going to make it run BeamNG.

Not even worth trying. An Atom CPU will likely choke on the UI alone, let alone the physics of Beam. Your typical smartphone has more CPU power than that Atom.

Upgrading your RAM will not do anything to help run BeamNG. You have no GPU and an really bad CPU.
