Power plan changing to "High Performance" when it's already on "Ultra Performance"

I have my laptop set like this with turbo boost disabled to stop thermal throttling and it works well. However this game changes my power plan to a lower one because of it meaning it runs slower. Can it not change it if it detects it's on ultra performance mode?

 

Sorry I don't remember exactly where but in the options menu you can untick "enable high performance power plan" to resolve this issue.

 

BeamNG should have an option somewhere in the menu that enables high performance.

 

But it does, I just mentioned it above...
