IMPORTANT- blankmap2 link in Green below, youtube dirt change tutorial in blue Goodnight everybody. Track Makers, mainly Jedi and I wanted to create a new version of blankmap that was entirely standalone. thats right, no more mtfairgrounds or needing other maps to work, not that people should of been making maps not standalone in the first place especially outside of a zip but ohhh well. This version was to have more goodies in it compared to the previous blankmap so track makers didnt have to hunt for stuff like log stacks, loaders, ect. There are plenty of folders inside art/shapes to hopefully create a map. I did not add stadiums or custom pngs for materials other than one folder that has extra dirt textures. you will have to crop the texture you want. I wanted a terrains folder that had plenty of textures in it. With that being said, WE ARE NOW UP TO 12 DIRTS, 12 Dirts, 12, Dirtsss. The first 7 dirts of blankmap2 or colors. The next 4 are shades of dirt last is flour for lining the track There is an actual vanilla Dirt groundmodel that has the loamy dirt from jonesfair. as always you an create your own paints. but if you want it to act like dirt, then call it Dirt#. Also, no repeats. there cant be 2 Dirt1's and so on. Thanks to Jedi for listening to me whine about getting a dirt to work, which was just stupid to begin with. Aaron L for OG blankmap. (This was supposed to be built off Derbyv2 but was scratched since i couldnt get a dirt to work and assumed it dealt with files rather than a simple png). Also MaxDMan for Track props and any others who might have done some work on it. Build away folks, like i said it aint much. but more of what we need is definetly in there. So here is a youtube link to the freshly created dirt change BlankMap2 Link https://www.mediafire.com/file/y5lm6oowdqu4n2h/Blank2.zip/file That stadium is supposed to be roughly the size of an NFL Football Field, but jedi built it so its probably wrong. He didn't measure, i can tell. Also, I will hopefully be creating a full track building tutorial in short 10 minute parts or so and have that out through this week, trying to figure out which track i want to do. Hopefully crush cars stay spawned. Attached Files:
Thanks! glad to see another tutorial. the first one helped but you never told us how to make ramps sideways instead of straight ramps.
