Gavril H series crash on spawning

Soooo I've had this bug with the H series where if I spawn any variant after the 0.17 update it is stuck on the 'clock' loading screen and nothing happens. The only way to get out of this I've found is to Ctrl Alt Del and then restart or log off. I've also launched the game in safe mode and the problem still occurs. I haven't found anything else on the forums about this so hopefully I could get some help on here.

 

As far I know crashes with stock vehicles are due to mods. If mods aren't affecting the car your files might be corrupt? Assuming your pc can run the game?
