Click the link that that error shows. It will take you to the page explaining what are the most common causes, hence what you should check.
There's not really more to that, the issue is very likely something on your end blocking the game from connecting to our servers.

I have gone to that link It was obviously the first thing to try and it hasn't done anything for me which is why i came here - My internet connection is decent i have no issues anywhere else, ive got no reason to run a VPN so i do not have one - and i do not have any mods because the repository is not working and has never work since i purchased the game in September. all the files have been verified for integrity.

"If the in-game repository is showing a persistent 'Loading..' text, there are few things that could be happening:

    • Poor/Bad internet connection
    • Use of VPN/Proxy influencing the normal functionality of the game's online features
    • On some very rare cases, this can be caused by wrongly packed mods. Please disable all mods and check again, and eventually enable the mods until the one causing the issue is found."
And on top of that its not a persistent loading screen it just goes straight into "connection to the server could not be established. If this problem persists please take a look here"

So are there any other Ideas

    - Thanks for your help and support

Your game logs do not show any particular issue either, so it's more likely down to the game's connection being blocked somehow.
Do you have a firewall software? If so, please make sure that it's not messing with the game by any means. Same for any additional AV software you might have.
From your game logs I see some reference to some Symantec file (which is unusual. That file should be belonging to Norton AV). If you have that, it's possible that's doing something.

I do have norton but i dont see why it would affect this game and not others ill look into it
I cannot seem to locate anyway to make norton ignore it - even running as admin didnt change anything
even disabling the auto protect and the firewall - beam.ng feels like a have a potato for internet. also checking the program settings nothing should be affecting the game itself from the firewall i think i saw a previous thread about norton not liking beam.ng but mine has no issues
