Locating the new Ignition Sounds.

Wow, after looking for almost a week, then as soon as I made this post, I found them. No need to reply anymore!

They are in gamengine.zip\art\sound\FMOD\Desktop\vehicle.assets.bank

 

Did you ever get into the bank file because it appears to be encrypted

 

Yes the .bank files ARE encrypted just as the vanilla engine sounds are. It sort of annoyed me a little at first
too but not anymore in fact since I read Diamondback's 'sanity-argument'. I totally agree with that.
They are working hard to make the sound system accessible for customization without people 'turning the
show into a clown spectacle'.
