in game recorder?

will there ever be an in game video recorder? (I would like a mod's answer but feel free to post what you wish)

 

I highly doubt that will happen... This question has been asked before with no official response though. There are already many brilliant screen recorders out there.

 

Maybe if there ever is a replay feature it would be possible

 

Just like TechnicolorDalek Said, I don't think it is going to be done. Considering all the processing power the game takes/will take when its done, the computing for recording would just add more unnecessary load on your pc.

However, I think it would be awesome, assuming that if they got an in-game recorder there would be some way of reversing time so you could watch a crash again or retry a turn. There are countless times when I accidentally crash into something and I cant go back to watch it in slow motion.

If you really want to record your game-play just use Fraps or another program like it.

 

I think somebody could code it, but you would need a damn good pc in order to use it

 

It's not like it would use any more power than any other recorder, but the point is it's completely unnecessary to include a video recorder in the game.

 

It is unnecessary, completely. If you really want to watch your crashes again, just download fraps

 

no need for simple screenrecorder... so many software.
NEED REPLAY EDITOR!

 

Here here for the chance to watch replays. Give them time, a replay buffer is more 'candy' than anything else, and that type of thing will come as polish before release. I am sure of it.

The guts are important right now, and damn are they good guts!

 

I have a pretty good pc no lag at highest settings on most maps with most cars!
